About Chefs United

chefs Chefs United is the brainchild of husband-wife duo Ruchi and Sunil Chauhan. He, the immensely gifted chef and she, the talented F&B manager: the perfect combination to power the force that Chefs United is.

Even today, it is common to see Sunil in the kitchen giving a personal touch to the food, or Ruchi in the service area supervising the set-up, presentation, service etc. At every event, you will see a team of well trained, well spoken, dedicated Chefs and Service personnel whose only purpose at that moment is to make your event a success.

You will find, that at Chefs United it is all about the hospitality. That is why, when you call to book an event, our managers will want to know a lot of details, such as the profile of your guests, their age group, etc. so they can custom design a menu that would best work for you, and so that there will be something for everybody. They will advise you on the best options, they will discuss with you the best way to serve the food, and behind the scenes, they will make a fuss about the ingredients, about preparing absolutely the right serviceware to compliment your décor, about the uniforms, about making sure your wine is chilled …. In short, they will take charge of everything so that you may walk in as a guest at your own party!

Q: What is the minimum and maximum number of persons that you cater to?

We usually cater for anything from 50 pax to 3000 pax. In case of gatherings between 25pax to 50pax the charges are 10-15% higher than the normal rates.
Q: What cuisines do you offer?

we offer various cuisines and counters, please refer to ‘concepts and cuisines on offer’ on the panel on left hand side. For Specialized menus and requests please get in touch with the management.
Q. What are per head charges for a meal and what is inclusive in the charges?

The base charges(for 50 pax and above) are as follows-
  • • Cocktail dinner - Non Veg 1250/head, Veg 1050/head
  • • Lunch - Non Veg 1050/head, Veg 850/head
  • • Only Snacks(cocktails)- Non Veg 650/head, Veg 550/head
  • • High tea- Non Veg 750/head, Veg 650/head
Note: All High Commissions, Embassies, Corporates, Institutions etc enjoy special rates/discounts.

The above mentioned rates are exclusive of government taxes as applicable, service charge (TIPS), transportation to and fro, any kind of beverages, specialized bartending, tenting and decoration arrangements.

The above mentioned charges are inclusive of food, crockery, cutlery, glassware for various drinks, and uniformed stewards.

Q: What is Chefs United’s catering procedure?

In the first stage:-You will have to either fill a ‘Party Query sheet’ OR ‘Plan Your Own Menu’ (main panel LHS), OR You will have to call us in person for the booking and give us the details.

In the second stage: Depending on our availability, we mail you a menu along with the price and terms and conditions regarding the catering. Post this, if we agree to go ahead regarding the event, a manager from our team shall visit the catering venue/premises to finalize the settings and logistics & to pick up the advance payment.

Final Stage: We shall get in touch with you one day prior to the event for a final check. On the day of the party, the manager assigned for your event will be your contact person till the party gets over. Finally, our accounts department will be mailing you the party details and our account will have to be settled within a weeks time.
Q: Do you also arrange tent house tables, decorations, valet etc?

We specialize only in Food and Service. We do not provide any of the services, however for contact details of the supporting services please refer to ‘related vendors) on the main pane on left hand side
Q: Do you cater outside delhi NCR?

Yes we do cater outside Delhi NCR and are capable of catering anywhere in India and Abroad, however the above mentioned rates are not applicable for the same.
Q: How much advance notice do you need for a catering?

During peak season (September to march) 15 -30 days prior notice. Off season (april to august) 10-15 days prior notice is required.
Q: Do you supply just food, waiters or manpower?

No, we do not provide any of the above services in isolation.
Q: Do you have your own party venue?

We can suggest venues for parties above 300+ pax. However for small gatherings we do not have our own venue yet.
